Opting In: Stay Informed with Zybron.ai

 

Zybron.ai is committed to keeping you informed in the way that works best for you. Your consent to receive text messages or phone calls is always optional, separate from using our services, and fully compliant with federal communication regulations.

 

We do not send marketing or promotional content.

All communications are strictly related to services you request or manage—such as work orders, emergency coordination, and operational updates.

What Messages Will You Receive?

 

You may choose to receive the following service-related communications:

 

  • Work order updates and service confirmations

  • Emergency or safety alerts

  • Project coordination or scheduling notifications

  • Critical status updates for systems or assets you manage

 

You will never receive unsolicited marketing or sales messages.

How to Opt In
 

1. Written Opt-In (Website or App)

 

 

During account setup or in your profile settings, you may see:

 

🔲 I agree to receive messages and/or phone calls from Zybron.ai regarding service alerts, updates, and notifications related to services rendered.

 

  • The checkbox is unchecked by default

  • You must manually check it to give express consent

  • You can opt out anytime via your settings or by replying STOP

 

 


2. Verbal Opt-In (Phone, App, SMS, WhatsApp, Teams)

 

When interacting with our AI agent, you may be asked:

 

“Would you like to receive text message or phone call updates about your service requests and coordination needs from Zybron.ai?”

 

If you say “yes”, we will:

 

  • Record your verbal consent with a timestamp

  • Document the purpose of the communications

  • Send a confirmation message with opt-out instructions

 

Example confirmation:

Hi, this is Zybron.ai. You’ve opted in to receive service-related updates. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

 

 


How to Opt Out

 

You can opt out at any time using any of the following methods:

 

 

SMS / Text Message

 

  • Reply STOP

  • Messaging stops immediately (you may receive a final confirmation)

 

 

Phone Calls

 

  • Inform the agent during the call that you wish to opt out

 

 

Messaging Apps (WhatsApp, Teams, etc.)

 

  • Reply STOP

  • Or manage notification preferences in the app

 

 

App Notifications

 

  • Go to Profile Settings → Communication Preferences

  • Deselect the notification types you no longer wish to receive

 

 

Email or Direct Support

 

 

 


Important Notes

 

  • Opting out may limit your ability to receive updates about active service requests or emergency coordination

  • Messaging is never required to use Zybron.ai services

  • We do not share or use your number for advertising or third-party promotions

  • You can opt back in anytime through your settings or by replying START
