Zybron.ai is a platform designed to support facilities, maintenance, operations, and emergency-response teams in managing work orders, coordinating activities, and improving asset reliability. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Work-order creation, tracking, and updates
• Emergency-response coordination
• Communication through phone, SMS, app notifications, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams
• AI-powered workflow automation and operational assistance

The Service is intended solely for operational and informational use. It is not designed or permitted for marketing, advertising, or promotional messaging.

2. Communication consent

Using the Service does not require you to opt in to receive SMS messages or phone calls. You may optionally consent to receive service-related alerts, updates, and notifications by:

• Selecting an opt-in checkbox during signup or in your communication settings
• Providing verbal consent during a call or interaction with our AI agent

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or by updating your communication preferences in your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zybron.ai only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate purposes. You may not:

You are responsible for maintaining your own safety procedures, backup processes, and operational protocols when using the Service.
